周庆新副研究员


简介:
周庆新,男,汉族,1982年2月生,博士,副研究员,硕士研究生导师,2011年毕业于山东大学微生物学专业,获理学博士学位,2014年12月晋升副研究员,2019年4月-2020年4月,美国维克森林大学微生物与免疫系访问****。
主要从事生物防腐保鲜技术和功能性益生菌发酵及功效评价相关研究。主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划子课题、国家重点研发计划子课题、山东省自然科学基金等科研项目。发表学术论文40余篇(第一或通讯SCI收录9篇);授权专利 26 项(其中国际专利 2 项);参编科技部农业科技战略研究 4 部;获省科技进步二等奖等成果 3 项。
