李成亮，男，1976年4月生，山东省昌乐县人。九三学社社员，教授，博士生导师，山东农业大学资源与环境学院副院长，农业资源与环境专业专业主任，农业资源与环境学科副主任。1999年本科毕业于山东农业大学资源与环境学院土壤与农业化学专业。2002年获得中国科学院南京土壤研究所生态学硕士学位，同年进入南京土壤研究所工作。2005年4月至2006年2月到德国亚琛工业大学生物系进行学术访问。2007年9月到德国赫姆霍兹于利希研究中心和亚琛工业大学生物系攻读环境科学博士学位。2011年9月进入我院农业资源与环境专业工作。曾先后获得过“中德联合实验室奖学金”、“欧洲玛丽居里奖学金”和“德国学术交流奖学金（DAAD）”。
目前承担《土壤学》、《土壤与肥料学》、《土壤退化与整治》、《农业资源与环境专业英语》等本科生课程和《土壤物理学》研究生课程。
目前主要从事土壤化学、有机污染物环境行为、纳米材料对土壤-植物系统的影响等方面的研究。在《Environmental Science & Technology》、《Chemosphere》、《Soil Science Society of American Journal》、《Geoderma》、《Journal of Colloid & Interface Science A》、《Journal of Environmental Sciences》、《Pedosphere》、《土壤学报》、《水土保持学报》和《水稻科学》等学术期刊发表论文40余篇，其中14篇被SCI收录。
