个人简介:

殷志秋,男,1989年,安徽芜湖人。20127月毕业于安徽大学生命科学学院,获生物技术专业理学学士学位、计算机科学与技术专业工学学士学位;20157月毕业于安徽大学生命科学学院(军事医学科学院生物工程研究所联合培养),获微生物专业理学硕士学位;20207月毕业于南开大学生命科学学院,获微生物专业理学博士学位;20209月起,在山东农业大学资源与环境学院任教至今。

教学工作:


研究方向:

细菌基因组学。主要研究根际促生菌(PGPR)比较基因组学;PGPR菌株中的新型次级代谢产物合成基因簇的发掘和多样性分析;根际微生物组学。
