周杰，教授，博士，博士生导师，1986年7月本科毕业于山东师范大学化学系，分配到山东农业大学工作。1989年9月至1992年7月在山东大学化学系读分析化学专业硕士获理学硕士学位；1996年9月至1999年7月在南开大学化学系读分析化学专业博士获理学博士学位。2000年9月至2001年9月在以色列巴伊兰大学生物医学研究所从事生物活性物质合成及生化性质博士后研究工作。1995年10月破格晋升为副教授，1999年12月破格晋升为教授，从事应用化学本科专业的《分析化学》、《仪器分析》、《波谱分析》、《近代化学导论》等课程的教学工作，主持省级课程建设教研项目1项，获山东省教学成果奖2项和校级教学成果奖9项，获山东省优秀教师和山东省师德标兵等荣誉称号。主要从事下列领域的研究：分子印迹聚合物及分子识别；（3）生物活性物质合成及生化性质； 分子光谱探针试剂的合成与应用；采后果实化学生物学。在《J. Organ. Chem.》、《Analyst》、《Anal. Chim. Acta》、《Spectrachim. Acta A》、《Talanta》、《Anal.Commun.》、《Anal. Sci.》、《Review in Anal. Chem.》、《J. Agri. Food Chem.》、《Food Chemistyr》、《Postharvest Biology & Technology》、《Chinese J. Chem.》、《化学学报》、《高等学校化学学报》、《分析化学》、《中国农业科学》、《园艺学报》等国内外重要专业刊物上发表研究论文120余篇，被SCI摘录70余篇, 获国家发明专利4项，获山东省教育厅科技进步三等奖2项、山东省高等学校科研成果三等奖1项，指导的博士生论文有1篇获得山东省优秀博士论文。
