  庄庆发,中国兵器北方华锦化学工业集团公司,国家****专家;曾任加拿大阿尔伯特省能源局局长,并先后在加拿大威尔资源公司Well Resources,加拿大著名合成原油公司Syncrude任首席工程师。庄庆发博士在油砂上下游技术领域都有很深的造诣,是油砂沥青领域解决各种技术难题的专家,在可持续重油开发技术方面非常活跃,同时也是主要投资银行的能源顾问,在加拿大油砂沥青开发方面具有很高的知名度,曾获得2002阿尔伯特科技领袖奖(2002 Alberta Science and Technology (ASTech) Leadership Award);在Analytical Chemistry,Fuel, Energy & Fuels, Oil & Gas J等杂志上,发表论文200余篇,获美国、加拿大、法国及PCT专利16项;牵头负责加拿大政府、公司项目,组建加拿大及国际油砂沥青研究网络,并牵头负责中国-加拿大国际合作项目。

  报告摘要:

  Petroleum is an extremely complex mixture. Among all the petroleum fractions, vacuum residue is the most challenging component to characterize due to the limitations of analytical instruments for handling high boiling materials. This presentation will discuss recent research on the chemistry of heavy petroleum fractions, which complements the commercial development of selective extraction of asphaltenes (SELEX-Asp) technology. SELEX-Asp is a low cost, environmentally friendly separation process which is capable of selective removal of asphaltenes from residua in the form of solid granules. Solid asphaltene granules are easy to handle and can be used as feedstock for making carbon-based products. The asphaltene-free residua are high quality feedstocks for conventional refinery processes, which allow refiners to produce a full product slate, including the 0.5% sulfur IMO bunker fuel.
