In the past five years, a series of research work has been carried out in the direction of research. One monograph entitled "The study on the Theory and Practice of High-tech Zone to the New Town" has been published, and more than 20 academic papers have been published, of which CSSCI has included more than 10 papers. Presided over 1 social science planning project in Shandong Province, 1 humanities and social science project in Shandong Province, 1 soft science project in Qingdao, and 2 school-levelprojects; Won 1 second prize for the Qingdao Association of Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Award, 1 first prize for Shandong Soft Science Achievement Award, 3 third prizes, and 1 third prize for Shandong University Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award.
中国石油大学工商管理硕士，青岛大学人口、资源与环境经济学博士，青岛大学管理科学与工程博士后流动站研究人员。近五年来，围绕研究方向开展了一系列研究工作，出版《高新区向科技新城发展的理论与实践》专著1部，发表学术论文20余篇，其中CSSCI收录论文10余篇。主持山东省社科规划课题1项，山东省高校人文社科项目1项，青岛市软科学1项，校级课题2项；作为主要参与人参与省市级课程多项。获得青岛市社科联优秀成果奖二等奖1项，山东软科学成果奖1等奖1项，三等奖3项，山东高校优秀科研成果奖三等奖1项。
担任研究生《农业科技经营与管理》课程、本科《管理信息系统》、《企业管理学》课程讲授，主持山东省精品课程《企业管理学》课程建设，《管理信息系统》校级优秀课程建设，主编《企业管理学》教材一部，参编《管理学原理》教材一部。
