郝兆才，男，1972年7月出生，山东省枣庄市人；现为曲阜师范大学数学科学学院教授、硕士生导师、人事处副处长、学校人才工作办公室副主任。

2006.5.26毕业于中国科技大学数学系基础数学专业，获得理学博士学位（2006.7.1）。1999年晋升讲师。2002年破格晋升副教授。2007年12月晋升教授。2004年被评为曲阜师范大学科研重点岗人员。2007.3被聘为曲阜师范大学硕士生导师（目前指导三级11名硕士研究生）。省级精品课程“数学分析”主讲教师、曲阜师范大学优秀青年授课教师。曾讲授数学分析考研辅导多次。2008年12月入选“曲阜师范大学161人才工程第三层次人选”。

一、个人简历：

1990.9—1994.7，曲阜师范大学数学系，数学与应用数学专业，读本科;

1994.9—1997.7，曲阜师范大学数学系，教师;

1997.9—2000.7，曲阜师范大学数学系，应用数学专业，读硕士研究生;

2000.9—2003.7，曲阜师范大学数学系，教师；

2003. 9-2006.7, 中国科学技术大学数学系, 基础数学专业，读博士研究生；

2006.7至今， 曲阜师范大学数学系，教师；

2008年11月进入曲阜师范大学数学博士后科研流动站做博士后

二、研究情况：主要从事非线性微分方程奇异边值问题和积分方程等问题的研究。是《J. Math. Anal. Appl. 》（《数学分析及其应用杂志》，美国）、《Nonl. Anal.》(《非线性分析》美国)、《Appl. Math. Letters》（《应用数学快报》美国）、《Appl. Math. Comput.》（《应用数学与计算杂志》美国）、《应用数学学报》等杂志的审稿人。2001年以来，发表论文20余篇，其中被SCI、EI、ISTP检索10余篇、被独立引用100余次。入选曲阜师范大学161人才工程等。

教研奖励

教学奖励：先后获得山东省研究生教育省级教学成果一等奖、曲阜师范大学第四届青年教师教学比赛二等奖、曲阜师范大学数学科学学院教学比赛一等奖，是曲阜师范大学优秀青年授课教师”。

科研奖励：第九届山东省青年科技奖、山、东省科学技术奖（自然科学）三等奖、山东省第三届优秀硕士论文奖、中国科学院院长优秀奖山东高校优秀科研成果自然科学类一、二、三等奖、香港求是基金会 “求是”研究生奖。
