研究方向
动物胚胎发育过程中信号通路的转导机制及功能解析
利用斑马鱼和果蝇模式动物,针对 Hedgehog、Wnt、TGF?等重要信号通路,开展新调控因子的筛选、鉴定、及相关作用机制的研究,相应的研究结果已在Cell、Science、Science Signaling、Development Cell、eLife、Cell Communication and Signaling等发育生物学领域的国际知名学术期刊上发表。
目前主要在研方向包括:
1)血细胞发育及谱系发生的调控机理;
2)蛋白质翻译后修饰在发育信号转导途径中的功能解析;
3)诱导细胞死亡的JNK信号通路的新调控因子的鉴定及相关机制研究。
