主持完成国家自然科学基金项目“花鲈种质资源及种群遗传学与分类学研究”（2000.1-2002.12；**）、国家自然科学基金项目“白姑鱼、黄姑鱼种群的遗传学研究”（2005.1-2007.12；**）、山东省优秀中青年科学家科研奖励基金项目“花鲈种质的遗传学研究”（2003.1-2004.12；02BD018）和国家“863”项目“中国近海鱼类资源的采集、保存与信息化技术”（2006.12-2009.12；2006AA09 Z418）。参加了国家海洋局“908”专项“908-01-ST02区块重要鱼类遗传多样性”（2006.1-2008.12）、国家“973”计划“典型水域生物多样性及渔场动态对海洋物理环境演变的响应”（2008.1-2010.10；2005CB422306）等项目的研究工作。
目前主持农业行业标准“缢蛏”种质制订（2010.1-2011.12；12091）、农业部南海区渔政局“北部湾二长棘鲷长毛对虾国家级水产种质资源保护区管理”（2010.1-2010.12）项目。参加国家自然科学基金地区合作交流项目“黄、东海渔业生物多样性之格局与动态”（2010.7-2013.6；**）、国家“863”项目“黄、东海共享渔业资源归属的判别技术”（2009.8-2012.12；2009AA09Z401）、海洋公益性项目“莱州湾生物栖息地环境修复与生态调控技术研究”（2009.10-2012.9；**-2）、农业专项“浅海增殖型人工海洋牧场生境构建及高效利用技术研究”（2010.12-2014.12；**）等科研工作。
