1984-1988年:青岛海洋大学海洋生物学专业,获学士学位;

1993-1996年:青岛海洋大学水产养殖学专业,获硕士学位;

1999-2004年:中国海洋大学水产养殖学专业,获博士学位;

1988年至今:中国海洋大学水产养殖系助教(1988年)、讲师(1993年)、副教授(1997年)教授(2002年)、博士生导师(2006年);

2001至2011年:中国海洋大学海水养殖教育部重点实验室副主任;

2008年至今:中国海洋大学水产养殖系主任。

1、已主持完成国家自然科学基金项目、国家863项目、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、山东省中青年科学家科研奖励基金项目等多项课题。

2、目前主持国家863项目、国家海洋公益性行业科研专项课题、国家农业公益性行业科研专项课题和高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金等6项课题。

获奖情况

1、2003年:《低盐度地下卤水南美白对虾健康养殖技术的开发研究》获山东省东营市科技进步一等奖(第1位);

2、2006年入选教育部新世纪人才计划;

3、2007年:《盐碱地对虾养殖环境生理学研究与开发应用》获山东省科技进步三等奖(第1位),获中国海洋大学第九届“天泰优秀人才奖” 二等奖。

4、2015年:《三疣梭子蟹良种选育与规模化养殖》获中华农业科技一等奖(第4位)。

人才培养

已指导毕业博士研究生11名,硕士研究生48名;目前在读博士研究生5名,在读硕士研究生15名。
