1992年10月—1994年3月：日本东北大学农学部水产系，访问学者。

1994年 4 月—1997年3月：日本东北大学农学部水产系，博士。

1997年 4 月—1997年6月：日本农林水产省东北区水产研究所，访问学者。

1997年 7 月—2000年4月：日本东北大学海洋生物资源教育研究中心，博士后。

2000年 5 月—现在：中国海洋大学水产学院，任教授（2000.10-现在），博导(2001.1-现在)，水产养殖系主任（2003.6-2008.7），副院长（2005-2008.7），常务副院长（2008.8-2013.6），院长（2013.7至今）。
