教 学 、研　究　工　作　简　介
自2006年参加工作以来，一直工作在教学第一线，教学态度端正，效果良好，于2012年12月获得聊城大学课堂教学竞赛二等奖。在认真搞好教学工作的同时，努力提高个人的科研水平，主要研究方向为最优化理论与算法，在《Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics》、《Applied Mathematics and Computation》、《系统科学与数学》（英文版）等国内外重要学术期刊上发表论文10余篇，其中SCI收录6篇，EI收录2篇，参与获得山东省高等学校优秀科研成果奖一等奖二项、二等奖一项，聊城大学科技进步二等奖三项。主持聊城大学校计划项目三项，参与研究“山东省自然科学基金项目” 一项、“山东省教育厅科研发展计划项目”三项。
