二、主要科研工作与成绩
从事金属增材制造方向的研究工作,包括不锈钢、铝合金、高温合金等多种金属材料的打印工艺、性能调控、后处理制度以及相关材料标准的建立。主持和参加国家自然科学基金、中科院先导专项、973计划等项目,在国内外SCI期刊发表论文20余篇。
主要科研项目:
1. 2021.01-2024.12 3D打印堆内构件不锈钢组织调控及其对服役性能影响机制,国家自然科学基金面上项目,主持。
2. 2019.02-2022.05 CR929飞机铝合金激光熔覆成型3D打印件材料规范建立试验件制造,中国商飞上海飞机设计院,主持。
3. 2019.06-2021.12 燃油喷嘴增材制造工艺优化研究,国防科工局,参研单位负责人,主持。
4. 2020.05~2020.10 3D打印堆芯过滤组件成形技术及测试,苏州三峰激光科技/中广核工程公司,主持。
5. 2020.02-2020.10 PBF成型滤网的成型与检测,中广核工程公司,主持。
6. 2016.01—2019.12 Cr离子变价对镍基合金氟盐腐蚀行为的影响及机理研究,国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,主持。
7. 2016.01—2016.12 中国科学院战略性先导科技专项,“未来先进核裂变能—钍基熔盐堆核能系统材料腐蚀性能评价与测试”子课题,主持。
