从海洋及陆地生物中快速发现结构新颖的活性化合物、先导化合物的结构优化、药理活性及作用机制研究,获得具有药用价值的生物新资源及药物先导化合物;药品、功能性食品新资源的筛选和创新天然药物的研究开发。Study on the rapid discovery of novel biological active compounds from natural products in orgnisms, and optimizing lead compounds structure, screening their pharmacological activities and mechanism of action.Thus we could obtain drug lead compounds and new biological resources with medicinal value; developing drugs, functional food resources and innovative natural medicine research.
