李辉教授,学科方向为道路与机场工程;担任美国TRB交通环境分析委员会委员,20余本国际学术期刊编委和审稿专家。发表高水平论文112篇,其中SCI检索学术论文56篇,总引用1371次,最高单篇引用187次。出版著作 3本,授权和申请专利20项,制订标准5项,获省部级及以上奖励3项。主持国家重点研发计划、国家海外高层次人才基金、国家自然科学基金等国家级、省部级项目10余项。

研究成果:
2008年以来,在道路工程可持续性发展技术与评价领域(土木交通基础设施),进行了前沿的科学研究,注重科学理论联系工程实践,取得了国际同行公认的重要研究成果并已应用于工程实践,论著丰富,在本学科领域具有一定的国际影响力和学术声誉。负责及参与美国相关科研项目15余项 (其中作为首席研究科学家[PI]和项目负责人负责6项),总经费超过300万美元,并正在合作申报多项研究课题。经费来源包括美国自然科学基金(National Science Foundation, NSF)、美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室(Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, LBNL)、美国联邦公路局(Federal Highway Administration, FHWA)、美国联邦航空局(Federal Aviation Administration, FAA)、加州交通厅(Californian Department of Transportation, Caltrans)、加州环保局(Californian Environmental Protection Agency, CEPA)等国家和州级科研项目基金。研究内容涵盖环境友好多功能路面材料、道路工程全寿命周期环境影响分析及路面材料再生利用、新一代全寿命周期基础设施系统管理等。在道路工程的绿色环保、低碳发展、节能减排、多功能化、智能化以及相关新技术的工程应用方面取得了诸多创新研究成果。目前正在主持或参与国家级海外高层次人才项目、国家重点研发计划政府间国际合作(中美)重点专项、国家自然科学基金项目、上海市科学技术委员会基金项目、河北省交通运输厅科技项目、黄土地区公路建设与养护技术国家交通行业重点实验室开放基金、道路结构与材料交通行业重点实验室开放基金等多项科研基金项目。
发表高水平论文112篇,其中SCI检索学术论文56篇(其中第一作者或通讯作者35篇),22篇JCR Q1一区论文,6篇论文被评为TRB Practice-Ready Paper;出版英文专著1部、中文专著2部;总引用1371次,最高单篇引用187次;授权和申请专利20项,制订标准5项,获省部级及以上奖励3项。据Google Scholar 报道,截止2020年12月著述被来自十余个国家和的研究人员引用超过1371次,h-index: 20,i10-index: 35,最高单篇引用187次。在土木工程领域达到了较高的影响因子及引用次数。获得授权国家专利9项(发明专利5项,实用新型专利4项)。研究成果被英国卫报、中国交通报、美国《Better Roads》、欧洲《Environmental Research Web》、美国《LandscapeOnline》等多家专业媒体报道。并多项研究成果已被美国联邦政府和加州政府应用于相关指南和技术规范,指导工程实践。
