个人简介
1997年于湖南师范大学化学系获得化学本科学位,2000年于湖南师范大学化学系获得化学硕士学位,2003年于中国科学院化学研究所分子反应动力学国家重点实验室获得化学博士学位。2004-2011年先后在明尼苏达大学化学系和太平洋西北国家实验室从事合作研究。2011年被聘为中国科学院大连化学物理研究所研究员,高分辨质谱技术研究组组长。2013年被聘为同济大学化学化学科学与工程学院教授。
目前主要研究领域是基于生物质谱的蛋白质组学与糖蛋白质组学。发明了生物质谱原位解析算法“同位素质荷比及轮廓指纹比对,iMEF”,并基于iMEF算法发展了完整蛋白质数据库搜索引擎ProteinGoggle、磷酸化修饰定位工具P-bracket、N-连接糖数据库搜索引擎GlySeeker、完整N-糖肽数据库搜索引擎GPSeeker;在top-down蛋白质组学(数据库搜索、同位素标记定量分析),磷酸化蛋白质组学(位点准确定位),糖组学(数据库搜索、大规模鉴定与视图)等研究领域取得了一定的研究成果。在Chemical Communications, Analytical Chemistry, Analytica Chimica Acta, Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry, Journal of Proteomics, Scientific Reports, Chemical Reviews等刊物上发表论文60多篇,申请发明专利10多项,获发明专利授权6项及软件著作权1项。
