主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金青年基金、教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金、上海市自然科学基金、中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金等科研项目。获上海市自然科学奖、上海市研究生优秀成果(上海市优博)等。
获全国青年教师讲课比赛奖、同济大学教学成果奖、同济大学三八红旗手、同济大学育才奖、同济大学社会捐赠教育奖;入选同济大学青年英才骨干计划、同济大学青年英才优青计划、同济大学青年优秀人才培养行动计划等。
在建筑材料领域的国内外期刊上发表学术论文120余篇,其中SCI/EI收录论文65篇;已授权国家发明专利3项;出版专著/教材11部;参编标准3本。

社会任职:
材料新技术发展研究会理事、中国硅酸盐学会固废分会危险固废专委会委员、中国硅酸盐学会固废与生态材料分会地聚物产业化专委会委员等;建筑材料领域多家国内外期刊审稿人;国家自然科学基金委、教育部科技评价与评审系统、教育部学位中心、上海市科技奖励等评审专家。
