主要研究方向:有机废物处理处置与资源化;环境微生物;分子生物技术
具体研究兴趣:从事有机废物的处理与资源化技术,及在相关生态系统中的微生物生理生态学研究。擅长应用宏基因组学、宏转录组学、碳同位素示踪和显微镜等前沿技术识别复杂微生物组中的优势功能菌,并进行代谢机制和生态学特性分析。
校内外学术及行政兼职为多部SCI收录期刊的审稿人,如Environmental Science & Technology、Water Research、Bioresource Technology、Biotechnology for Biofuels、Waste Management等。现任18级本科班班主任。
