科研业绩
1988年毕业于河南医科大学医疗系本科，1990~1993年在河南医科大学攻读消化内科硕士研究生，毕业后留校于第二附属医院消化内科工作。1997.1～2001.1在比利时鲁汶大学（UniversityofLeuven）攻读肠道免疫病理学医学博士学位，研究炎症性肠病（IBD）免疫病理损伤机制，发现炎症肠黏膜组织内有大量激活的淋巴细胞浸润，分泌高水平的炎症细胞因子（如IL-15），以及表达高水平免疫辅助信号分子（如CD40）。使用抗TNF、IL-12和CD80单抗治疗，发现可显著阻断慢性小鼠结肠炎发生，为临床上治疗炎症性肠病奠定了重要理论基础。2001年1月到美国哈佛大学BethIsraelDeaconessMedicalCenter和康涅狄格州立大学医学院（UniversityofConnecticutHealthCenter）做博士后研究工作，研究小肠上皮细胞转基因抗原诱导肠黏膜组织内T细胞激活、耐受和炎症应答。现为比利时Flemish政府胃肠病学会、美国胃肠病学会和免疫学家学会会员，中华消化病学分会炎症性肠病协作组委员。2000年5月获得比利时Flemish政府胃肠病学会青年研究奖，2004年5月获得美国克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎基金会青年研究奖，2006年6月被聘为第11届国家自然科学基金评审委员。曾主持完成1项美国克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎基金会（Crohn’sColitisFoundationofAmerica,CCFA）科研项目、1项国家自然科学基金项目（30571751）和教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划项目（NCET-05-0609），目前承担有2项国家自然科学基金科研项目（30770988、30971358）等科研课题，主要研究炎症性肠病患者免疫病理学损伤机制。已发表科研论文150余篇，其中有40篇英文论文被SCI收录。多次在美国胃肠病学术大会（AGA-DDW）、欧洲消化病大会（UEGW）、全国消化病学术大会上口头报告论文，在国内外同行领域有很大影响。现为国际期刊JournalofImmunology,Rheumatoid&Arthritis，DigestiveDiseases&Sciences,RegulatoryPeptides,InflammatoryBowelDiseases和JournalofGastroenterology&Hepatology等杂志特邀审稿人。ZhanjuLiu,MD,PhD
