1998年8月至2001年9月香港城市大学研究助理,北京大学、舍布鲁克大学博士后研究员

科研成果:
近年来作为通讯作者在Chem.Commun.、Chem.Eur.J.、Chem.Asi.J.、J.Mater.Chem.、Inorg.Chem.、J.Phys.Chem.B/C.、DaltonTrans.等被SCI收录的国际重要英文期刊发表学术研究论文200余篇。被他引2000余次,H指数33。授权发明专利20余项。
作为主要完成人参加国家自然基金重点项目子课题(2项),国家重点基础研究规划项目(973)子课题,国家自然基金面上项目,中国科学院重大基金项目等。作为负责人主持国家自然科学基金项目(4项)。
曾获得中国科学院院长奖学金、中国科学院稀土化学与物理重点实验室青年科学一等奖等。入选教育部2008年度新世纪优秀人才支持计划。现为上海市稀土学会理事,中国稀土学会稀土发光专业委员会委员。
已培养毕业博士生15名,硕士生24名。目前重点集中于稀土无机/有机高分子杂化复合材料与与稀土功能化合物-微纳米固体材料两个领域并向交叉、应用开发方向拓展。欢迎国内外有志于无机化学、材料化学与稀土科学研究的青年学子报考博士生、硕士生和从事博士后研究。特别提醒注意:同济大学博士生招生报名在每年秋季学期11-12月,考试在每年春季学期3月中旬。
