1985年至1992年于山东大学获学士和硕士学位,于复旦大学获博士学位,2013年至2014年于美国伯克利国家实验室访学一年。主讲《高分子化学》,《涂料用树脂合成》,《高分子合成技术》,曾讲授《涂料工艺学》、《专业英语》、《高聚物合成工艺》,带教《高分子化学实验》、《生产实习》、《毕业实习》等。
