摘要： 心房颤动是临床常见的心律失常，病理机制复杂，与心房纤维化等结构重塑密切相关。半乳糖凝集素-3（galectin-3，Gal-3）是半乳糖凝集素家族的唯一嵌合体成员，是纤维化的生物标志物，因此可能参与心房颤动患者的心房重塑。该文就Gal-3与心房颤动的相关性作一简要综述。

Abstract:
Atrial fibrillation is a common cardiac arrhythmia encountered in the clinical practice with a complex pathological mechanism, which is closely related to structural remodeling such as atrial fibrosis. Galectin-3 (Gal-3) is the only chimeric member of the galectin family and is considered as a biomarker of fibrosis; therefore, it may be involved in atrial remodeling in the patients with atrial fibrillation. This article reviews literatures on the association of Gal-3 with atrial fibrillation.
