摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来，关于前哨淋巴结定位技术在子宫内膜癌手术中应用的研究进展迅速。大量临床证据表明，在早期内膜癌中前哨淋巴结定位可提高转移淋巴结的检出率并降低其假阴性率。但目前该技术存在一定的争议，在高危型内膜癌（如透明细胞癌、子宫肉瘤等）中的临床价值、示踪剂及注射部位的选择、手术的具体流程、是否能改善预后等方面面临诸多问题。评估前哨淋巴结定位在子宫内膜癌手术中的作用，仍需要更多的临床研究。该文主要针对前哨淋巴结定位技术在子宫内膜癌手术中的临床实践情况及目前存在的问题和争议进行综述。

Abstract:
In recent years, research about sentinel lymph node mapping in endometrial cancer surgery has developed quickly. Several clinical studies indicate that sentinel lymph node mapping in early endometrial cancer can improve detecrate and decrease the false-negative rate. However, the technology is still controversial. Therefore, further study is needed to assess the role of sentinel lymph node mapping in endometrial cancer. This review mainly focused on the current clinical practice of sentinel node mapping technique in endometrial cancer, and the existing problems and controversies.
