摘要: 代谢型谷氨酸受体5(metabotropic glutamate receptor 5,mGluR5)和N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体(N-methyl-D-aspartatereceptor,NMDAR)分别属于代谢型和离子型谷氨酸受体家族。近年来,这2类谷氨酸受体在神经及精神类疾病中的研究较受关注。该文主要就2类谷氨酸受体之间的联系及其与疾病关系的最新研究进展进行回顾与总结。

Abstract:
Metabotropic glutamate receptor 5 (mGluR5) and N-methyl-D-aspartatereceptor (NMDAR) belongs to metabotropicandionotropic glutamate receptor family, respectively. In recent years, a lot of attention has been paid to these two types of glutamate receptors in the field of neuroscience and psychiatry. This article mainly summarized the research progress of the relationship between these two kinds of receptors and the influence of their relationship on different diseases.
