本课程以农业标准化和食品安全为主题，通过对标准化和质量管理的理论、方法学习，结合农产品市场营销和农业综合体的经济行为，使学生能够运用所学理论和方法分析中国农业标准化进程中的现实问题，并拓展至食品链的安全管理和规制。

The course focuses on agricultural standardization and food safety regulation. After learning the theory and methods of standardization and quality management, combined with the marketing of agricultural products and the marketing behavior of agribusiness, training the students’ to analyze the issues in agricultural standardization and food safety in China with the help of the theory and methods they learned in the course.
