课程内容简介

《金属有机化学》是关于含金属-碳键的金属有机化合物的结构、性质、制备及应用的化学,也是近五十年以来得到了迅猛发展的一个化学研究领域。它的发展不仅产生了许多新概念和新理论,而且在合成化学方面带来了新的化合物种类和革命性的方法,如二茂铁、齐格-纳塔催化剂以及不对称合成等。这些理论和方法已广泛应用于材料、医药及天然物合成中,并在生命科学和分子电子学等新领域的研究与探索中发挥重要作用。本课程主要通过课堂教学、讨论、文献阅读和报告综述等形式使学生掌握金属有机化学,尤其是过渡金属有机化学的基本概念和应用,了解其当前的研究方法以及发展趋势,为反应机理研究、新催化反应的探索及相关反应在合成中的应用提供帮助。

课程内容简介(英文)

Organometallic chemistry, the chemistry on the structures, properties, preparations, and applications of organometallic compounds containing metal-carbon bonds, is one of the most rapidly growing areas of chemical research in the last five decades. With its growth, not only a lot of new concepts and new theories have appeared, but many unexpected compounds and revolutionary methodologies in synthetic chemistry have been made, such as ferrocences, Ziegler-Natta catalysts, and asymmetric syntheses, etc. Those theories and methodologies are fully applied in the synthesis of materials, medicines, and natural products, and play an important role in the studying and exploring some new areas including life science, molelectronics, and so on. By class, discussion, review and presentation in this course, students will learn the fundamental concepts and applications of organometallic chemistry, especially organotransition metal chemistry, and realize its current strategies in research and its future work. It should be helpful to you in understanding mechanisms of reactions, seeking novel catalytic reactions, and doing syntheses by established methods in organometallic chemistry.
