个人简介
教育及工作经历: 1958年毕业于清华大学无线电系,毕业后留清华无线电系任教,1979.6调上海交通大学电子工程系任教, 1981-83赴美国康乃尔(Cornell)大学为访问学者,回国后仍在上海交大电子工程系工作, 1988年为教授, 1993年起为博士导师

获奖情况: 1,2004年获国家自然科学二等奖--高速电路系统信号完整性问题基础研究。
