薛敏钊： 男，1967年1月生于河南省，1987年获学士学位，1989年考入华东理工大学精细化工系攻读硕士学位，研究方向为光引发剂的制备与性能。1992年获得硕士学位后留校从事导电聚合物方面的研究工作，先后参与了一项国家自然青年科学基金、一项国家自然科学基金(合作)和一项上海市科委基金的研究工作，先后有4篇研究论文发表。1996考入上海交通大学化学化工学院攻读博士学位，师从国内著名的感光科学和光化学专家——黄德音教授。主要研究方向为新型的有机电致发光材料的制备和性能。1999年获博士学位后留校继续从事有机分子电子学方面的研究工作。
