教授介绍：Murray Z. Frank, 上海交通大学上海高级金融学院****。现任明尼苏达大学卡尔森管理学院金融学教授，即将担任美国中西部地区金融协会第二副主席。在加入明尼苏达大学教授团队之前，Frank教授曾在英属哥伦比亚大学尚德商学院担任B.I. Ghert家庭基金会讲席教授。

Frank教授以他对公司资本结构的实证研究而著名。他在国际著名学术期刊上发表了许多文章，包括Review of Economic Studies, Quarterly Journal of Economics, Review of Financial Studies和Journal of Financial Economics等。他曾在Review of Financial Studies, Finance Research Letters, Canadian Journal of Economics和Quarterly Journal of Finance担任副主编。
