个人介绍
郑戈，1972年出生于宁夏回族自治区银川市一个中学教师家庭。1987年考入四川大学法律学系，毕业后分配到四川省自贡市公安局工作。1993年至1998年在北京大学法律学系攻读研究生，获法学博士学位并留校任教。2000年至2004年游学北美，先后在加拿大多伦多大学、美国密歇根大学、杜克大学和哥伦比亚大学研习和讲学。2004年1月至2014年1月任教于香港大学法律学院。现为上海交通大学凯原法学院教授。主要研究领域为中国宪法、比较宪法和法理学。
