教师简介科学研究主讲课程
李欣欣,新加坡国立大学管理学博士,上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院助理教授、硕士生导师,上海市“晨光****”。研究领域包括:职场欺凌行为和不道德行为的前因后果,工作中不同情绪(如嫉妒、幸灾乐祸、焦虑、内疚)的来源及其对认知和行为的影响等。论文发表于Academy of Management Review、Journal of Business Ethics、Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology、Journal of Vocational Behavior、Group Processes & Intergroup Relations等期刊,并有多篇会议论文入选美国管理学会年会最佳论文集。
