教师简介科学研究主讲课程
徐子彬2017年毕业于美国南加州大学(USC),获得马歇尔商学院工商管理博士学位(Ph.D. in Business Administration),同年秋至今任教于上海交大安泰经管学院。他的研究领域集中在企业决策的量化模型,包括大数据下的个性化定价策略与偏好信息匹配,消费者隐私与数据管控,互联网平台治理与信息设计,新产品开发与创新等。


他获得2019年上海交大安泰学科发展奖,2019年华夏营销青年****奖模型一等奖,及2018年华人营销科学国际会议最佳论文一等奖;参与创建了中国高等院校数字与市场研究专业委员会;担任国际华人营销科学年会分论坛主席。他的研究成果发表于Marketing Science, Management Science, Journal of Retailing 等国际管理学顶尖期刊上,并应邀为Management Science, Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing Research, MIS Quarterly, Review on Industry Organization, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management等多个学科领域期刊做独立审稿。



教学上,他代表上海交大参加2020年上海高校教学竞赛并获得上海市社科组二等奖;为交大开创了营销科学课程,包括《市场调研与数据分析》(教评全院排名6/159),《营销模型与工程》,《市场博弈与精准营销》(MBA),《量化营销理论模型》(博士);目前担任三名硕士生导师;指导八名本科生毕业论文;担任2020级本科生班主任。


此外他主持了上海市浦江人才基金,国家自然科学青年基金,国际研究合作基金课题,以及两项专项科研基金课题;并作为子课题负责人参与自科重点项目等多项国家课题。



Zibin Xu joined Shanghai Jiao-Tong University in 2017. He holds a Ph.D. in business administration from Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California.His teaching experiences include undergraduate, graduate and executive courses ranging from Market Research and Data Analytics (rating top 6/159 in Antai) to International Marketing. His academic research focuses on two areas: implications of big data on firm's pricing and information design, and digital platform management such as programmaticadvertising and seller screening. His work has appeared in top journals like Marketing Science, Management Science, Journal of Retailing. He also serves as an ad hoc reviewer for top journals such asMarketing Science,Management Science, Journal of Marketing Research, MIS Quarterly, IEEE Transactions on Engi Mgmt.



Xu has received several awards for teaching, including Second prize in City-wideteaching contest among Shanghai universities (Social Science group), representing Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU); Second prize in University-wideteaching contest at SJTU (English Taught Group); and University Award for Excellecnce in Teaching from University of Southern California. He created and instructed several marketing analytics courses for Jiao Tong University, including market research and data analytics (undergraduate core; international elective; rating top 6/159 among all Antai courses); marketing modeling and engineering (undergraduate elective); precision marketing and quantitative customer relationship management (MBA); and analytical models on marketing science (Ph.D. seminar); He serves as a principal investigator for several prestigious research grants, including National Natural Science Foundation of China (Grant No. **); Shanghai Pujiang Scholar Grant (Grant No. 18PJC081);Zizhu Cultural and Creative Industry Research Grant (Grant No. ICCI201803); andChina Research Institute of Product Quality (Grant No. 2018CIQ004).
