2000年和2003年毕业于上海交通大学生命科学技术学院，分别获得理学学士和理学硕士学位。2003年留校工作至今，长期从事生物信息学和生物统计学、定量生物学的教学和研究工作，主要研究方向为高维组学数据的建模分析与挖掘。
