研究领域
1,细胞自噬在调控植物抗逆与生长中的作用机制;
2,精细调控内质网胁迫信号以平衡植物抗逆与生长;
3,叶绿体及其相关代谢途径对植物抗逆、营养与产量的影响。
主要成果
1,发现植物中首个直接负调控细胞自噬的关键因子COST1并揭示其分子机制(2020,PNAS;2020,Autophagy);
2,证明内源本底水平内质网胁迫信号的激活对植物正常生长和发育是必需的(2019,Plant Physiology);
3,阐明植物内质网胁迫诱导的细胞自噬是由IRE1介导的RIDD途经来调控(2018,Autophagy)。
