李力
理学博士,副研究员,博士生导师。北京大学学士,军事医学科学院博士,英国牛津大学博士后,曾任军事医学科学院助理研究员,中国科学院副研究员。在Nat Genet、Cancer Cell、Nat Cell Biol、Gut、Hepatology、Nat Commun、Genes Dev、PNAS、PLoS Biol等国际著名期刊发表30多篇SCI论文。其中以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文14篇,累计影响因子大于130。目前担任国际学术期刊Bosnian J Basic Med编辑,国际学术期刊Cancer Manag Res和Transl Oncol特约审稿人。

研究方向
肿瘤和发育相关疾病的发生机制和干预手段,表观遗传学,疾病动物模型。
近年来的研究工作围绕“组蛋白修饰与疾病”展开,在分子和细胞水平上构建了可靠的功能实验系统,重点研究了Setd2和Brg1在多种疾病和发育中的作用,并构建了多个疾病动物模型,从分子和细胞水平,结合动物整体表型和临床样本分析,回答肿瘤和发育相关重大疾病的分子机理问题,为进一步研究这些疾病的分子机制与治疗提供了良好理论基础和可能的治疗靶点。

作为负责人承担2项科技部重大新药创制,4项国家自然科学基金面上项目,3 项上海市科委基金,2项国家重点实验室开放课题,1 项上海交通大学医工交叉基金,1项教育部留学归国人员启动基金和4 项企业横向课题,并作为骨干参与1 973 计划,1 项国家自然基金重点项目和1 项上海市科委重点项目。
