先后主持或参加国家自然科学****基金项目、重点项目、重大国际合作项目、面上项目、973项目和重点研发计划的课题、中科院知识创新工程重要方向性项目、中科院战略先导B项目的课题等19项。2004年以来在Cell, Environmental Health Perspectives, Molecular Cellular Proteomics,Environmental Sciences & Technology等重要SCI刊物发表论文127篇(其中第一作者或通讯作者99篇),他引3471次,H因子35。培养的研究生多人次先后获中国科学院优秀博士论文、中国科学院院长优秀奖、朱李月华奖学金、地奥奖学金(一等和二等)、5人次获国家奖学金(博士研究生4人和硕士研究生1人)。
