韩帅长聘教轨助理教授2012年6月毕业于上海交通大学致远学院数学与应用数学专业，获得理学学士学位；2017年9月毕业于上海交通大学计算机科学与技术专业，获得工学博士学位。2017年10月至2018年9月在德国卡尔斯鲁厄理工学院从事博士后研究工作。2018年12月至2020年7月在蚂蚁集团任职高级算法工程师。2020年7月加入上海交通大学网络空间安全学院，现任职助理教授。
研究方向为密码学与信息安全，特别是研究和设计具有如下特性的密码方案：公钥加密方案、对称加密方案、基于身份加密方案、零知识证明系统、签名方案；可抵抗新型密码分析和攻击技术，包括依赖密钥消息攻击、相关密钥攻击、密钥泄露攻击、选择打开攻击、量子攻击等；可证明安全，且安全性可紧致地规约到计算性假设上；基于大整数分解、双线性配对群或格相关问题的困难性。
在国际主流会议和期刊上发表学术论文20余篇，含第一作者发表在CRYPTO、ASIACRYPT、《Designs, Codes and Cryptography》、《Theoretical Computer Science》等。获得2016 年“上海计算机学会信息安全最佳论文奖”，2018年“党政机要密码科技进步奖三等奖（省部级）”，2019年“中国密码学会优秀博士论文奖”。
