个人简介

陈晓军：上海交通大学副研究员，哈佛大学访问学者，工学博士。2003年2月师从王成焘教授于上海交通大学攻读博士学位，2006年9月毕业后留校，历任师资博士后、讲师、副研究员等职务。研究领域为计算机辅助手术，包括：手术规划、基于虚拟现实的手术仿真、手术导航、临床医学数字化设计制造等。在以上领域，作为项目负责人主持了国家自然科学基金（主持2项）、中法国际合作徐光启项目、中国博士后科学基金、上海市白玉兰科技人才基金、国家重点实验室开放课题等10项科研项目，作为项目主要项目组研究成员参与国家863重点项目子课题、上海市科委科研计划重大项目等7项科研项目。在国内外重要刊物及IEEE-EMBS、CARS等著名国际会议上共发表学术论文54篇，其中SCI/EI/ISTP共收录30篇（第一作者SCI/EI论文15篇）。获2009年度上海市科技进步奖二等奖、2007年度上海医学科技奖三等奖等奖项。现为国际学术组织ESEM与CAI会员，并担任了计算机辅助手术领域的SCI期刊（如：IEEE-ITAB、IJMRCAS等）及著名国际会议（如：MICCAI、CARS等）的审稿人，《外科》期刊编委。分别在美国、德国、瑞士、比利时、希腊、土耳其、印度等国召开的本领域重要国际学术会议上做大会发言报告8次（其中作大会特邀报告2次，担任大会分会主席1次）。受本领域知名国际专家邀请，参与撰写了英文国际专著3部，中文专著2部。2011年，作为全国七名优胜者之一，入选法国科研创新人才计划，赴法国国家科学院(CNRS)等国际顶级科研机构作学术报告并访问交流。2011年10月，获国家留学基金委全额资助，公派赴哈佛大学医学院计算机辅助手术实验室访学1年。其个人简历已入选美国Marquis世界名人录。2012年分别获得上海交通大学SMC-晨星青年学者B类奖励计划、及上海交通大学优秀博士后奖励基金。
