个人简介

现任上海交通大学机械系统与振动国家重点实验室教授、博士生导师。1982年本科、1986年硕士毕业于上海交通大学，2000年在英国南安普顿大学声学与振动研究所获得博士学位(ISVR,UniversityofSouthampton,UK)；历任上海交通大学助教，上海铁道大学和同济大学讲师、副教授，英国南安普敦大学声学与振动研究所研究员。在轮轨振动与噪声控制方面取得多项重要研究成果，是该领域国际知名专家；在轨道弹性支承非线性、轮轨系统参数激励振动、钢轨短波长波浪形磨损和轨道交通振动与噪声控制方面的研究成果达到国际先进水平，其中一些成果被欧洲铁路研究院(ERRI)应用于著名轮轨噪声软件包TWINS(Track-WheelInteractionNoiseSoftware)的升级版中；在国际权威刊物和重要学术会议上发表论文五十多篇，其中三十多篇被SCI收录并被引用三百多次。1999年获英国机械工程师学会奖(WilliamAlexanderAgnewMeritoriousAward/ClarenceNoelGoodallAward1999,TheInstitutionofMechanicalEngineers)，2009年起被收入美国Marquis世界名人录。目前主要研究方向包括：（1）复杂结构振动与噪声建模、分析、仿真与实验研究及结构动力学优化设计；（2）轨道交通轮轨和桥梁振动与噪声分析及控制；（3）大型工程结构在地震或海浪作用下的响应、疲劳强度与可靠性分析。
