个人简介

香港科技大学工业工程与工程管理系博士，访问学者，现任上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院工业工程与物流工程系副教授，上海市浦江人才。同时兼任上海交通大学-麻省理工学院国际合作项目“中国全球运营领袖”(ChinaLeadersforGlobalOperations,CLGO)指导老师。主要研究方向为人因及产品工程，人体生物力学，先进制造技术，人本服务设计及开发等。主持国家自然科学青年基金（NSFC71001066），自然科学基金（NSFC70971084）子项,教育部博士点基金项目-新教师类（20100073120046），上海市浦江人才计划项目（PJ[2009]00861）以及上海市网络化与企业信息化重点实验室开放基金（KF200901)各一项。在人因工程、产品客户化、先进制造等领域发表国际学术论文20余篇（SCI检索12篇，EI检索6篇）。出版英文专著，参编英文专著、中文著作各一部。先后被清华大学，香港中文大学，韩国蔚山国家科学技术研究院，重庆大学等知名大学邀请作研究成果学术报告。
