个人简介

1982年机械制造本科毕业后进入上海工艺美术机械厂任机械工程师，先后负责夹具设计、工艺规程制订、机械新产品设计开发等工作。1989年9月进入上海交通大学攻读硕士学位，并于1992年3月获得上海交通大学机械制造专业硕士学位后留校任教。1993年9月开始在职攻读中国上海交通大学---美国密西根大学（UniversityofMichigan）联合培养的机械制造专业博士学位，1995年2月至1997年2月，既作为高级访问学者又作为中美联合培养的博士研究生在美国密西根大学工学院工作、学习和进修，在倪军等教授指导下专门从事数控机床误差实时补偿理论及应用研究，1998年获得博士学位。目前为上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院教授、博士生导师。研究领域为精密加工与测试、制造装备可靠性工程、数控补偿加工控制、制造过程建模等。主持国家自然科学基金项目、省院省校科技合作项目、高等学校全国优秀博士学位论文作者专项基金项目、上海市制造装备重大项目及其它纵向和横向科研项目多项。科研成果获奖有：国家教委科技进步二等奖、国家技术发明四等奖、上海优秀产学研工程项目三等奖、博士学位论文“数控机床误差综合补偿技术及应用”在2001年被评为高等学校全国优秀博士学位论文。近几年来，在国内外杂志和会议发表论文180余篇，其中被SCI、EI收录100余篇。
