报道了一种种子注入式PPMgLN外腔双共振环形腔光参量振荡器。抽运光偏振方向在PPMgLN晶体(MgO物质的量分数为5%)内满足ee+e相位匹配,有效利用了晶体的最大非线性系数d33(25pm·V-1)。以重复频率为400Hz、功率为556mW、波长为1064nm的单频脉冲激光作为抽运源,在晶体极化周期为30.5mum、温度为110℃的条件下,获得了平均功率为79mW的1.57mum信号光和平均功率为38.5mW的3.3mum空闲光输出,抽运光-参量光的总转换效率可达22%。采用种子激光注入技术获得了单频窄线宽参量光输出,实验测得1.57mum信号光输出的线宽小于100MHz,10min内频率漂移不超过141MHz。

英文摘要:
An injection-seeded,doubly resonant ring cavity optical parametric oscillator based on PPMgLN crystal is presented.The pump beam polarization matches the ee+e interaction in PPMgLN crystal(doped MgO with mole fraction of 5%),and thus makes the maximal nonlinear coefficient d33 (25pm·V-1)effective.Using singlefrequency pulsed laser with repetition frequency of 400Hz,wavelength of 1064nm and output power of 556mW as pumping source,we obtain an average output power of 79mW at the wavelength of 1.57mum and output power of 38.5mW at the wavelength of 3.3mum when the crystal grating period is 30.5mum and temperature is 110 ℃, corresponding to a total conversion efficiency of 22%.By using the seed laser injection technology,we obtain singlefrequency narrow linewidth laser output,the linewidth of the signal laser with wavelength of 1.57mum is less than 100MHz,and the frequency drift is less than 141MHz in 10minutes.
