In this talk, I will review the recent results from STAR, including the global Lambda polarization measurement, the phase I BES experiment, and discuss the decadal programs for STAR.

报告人简介：
Zhangbu Xu (许长补)，研究员、博士生导师。1994年毕业于中国科技大学物理系(获物理学士学位)，1999年毕业于美国耶鲁大学物理系，获博士学位，1999-2001，美国耶鲁大学博士后。2001-现在，美国布鲁克海文国家实验室助理研究员，副研究员，研究员，2014至今为RHIC-STAR实验组发言人。2015-现在　山东大学“****”特聘教授。
研究方向：Properties of Quark-gluon Plasma，QCD Phase Structure。
