科研工作简介:
1. 二维石墨烯透明导电薄膜及其光伏应用研究
基于多元合金衬底,提出等离子前处理结合温度与浓度的双驱动力生长工艺,化学气相沉积制备厘米级尺寸的六边形单晶石墨烯畴;通过合金衬底在高于熔点温度下氢气退火后,表面达准原子级光滑并重结晶,生长的高度取向单晶石墨烯畴进行无缝拼接成大面积单晶石墨烯膜;石墨烯单晶膜具有良好均匀性,高单层覆盖率(>90%),以及优异的光电特性,作为透明电极应用到太阳能电池上。

2. 三维石墨烯多孔材料及其储能器件应用研究
基于多尺度结构和性能的设计理论,构筑出具有多孔分级结构、共价键连接而成的超轻、超强、超弹的三维石墨烯管,为目前文献报道最强的三维多孔材料。发明多种高导电、高比容量多孔少层碳材料的新结构,结合储能器件结构的创新设计与优化探索,研制出融合电容-电池两种优异特性、兼具高能量密度和高功率密度的储能器件。
