李国荣,男,1962年生,研究员。1985毕业于同济大学,1992年获得中科院上海技术物理研究所与日本山形大学联合培养的博士学位,期间,1989.10-1992.3在日本山形大学进行博士学位研究工作,毕业后在中科院上海有机化学研究所工作。1995.7-至今在中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所研究工作。期间,作为访问学者1999.1-2000.1年在香港理工大学工作,2001.6-2001.10在德国Wuppertal工作;2003.6-2003.12作为访问副教授在美国宾州州立大学进行研究工作;2009年3月年获得中科院的资助在俄罗斯科学院约飞研究所进行合作研究;2010年1月获日本振兴会资助在日本进行访问和学术交流;2011年6月被法国缅因大学邀请为访问教授进行合作研究。

    李国荣研究员及课题组的主要研究方向是功能陶瓷制备及其电学和光学性能研究,具体包括铁电与压电陶瓷及器件、半导体陶瓷与器件、以及陶瓷与器件物理,并将研究结果在民用的信息技术和国家的重要工程中获得实际应用。

    李国荣两次入选上海市科委的"青年科技启明星计划",2012年被评为上海市优秀学术带头人。已负责国家863项目三项、国家自然科学基金四项,特材项目四项、上海市重大技术创新项目、江苏省重大科技成果转化项目,上海市科委项目重点自然科学基金二项目,中国科学院国际合作重点项目等,承担973项目二项。至今,已发表论文140多篇和20项专利(其中国外专利一项),在国际重要会议作特邀报告6次,在双边合多边国际会议作特邀报告10次,并组织了中日和中俄双边铁电会议。已与美国、俄罗斯、法国、日本、斯洛文尼亚、香港理工大学等建立了很好的合作与交流大关系,课题组研究人员和研究生在相关的合作单位进行合作和交流。

    目前是亚洲电子陶瓷理事会委员、全国工业化陶瓷技术委员会结构陶瓷分技术委员会委员、中国物理学会电介质专业委员会委员、国家奖评审专家等;《微纳电子与技术》副理事长、《功能陶瓷》、《电子元件与材料》、《材料导报》等多个学术刊物的编委。

    2005年获得国家技术发明二等奖一项(排名第五),2011年获高等学校技术发明二等奖(排名第二)。
