1982.3-1994.5 上海科技大学（1994年起合并成上海大学）数学系任教（助教，讲师）；

1994.5-2004.7 上海大学理学院数学系任教（讲师，副教授，教授，博士生导师）。

2004.7-当今 上海财经大学应用数学系任教。

期间：

1982.9-1985.1 中科院计算中心进修。

1986.10-1987.9 爱尔兰Trinity学院，研究助理。

2003.11-2004.2 意大利 Bologna 大学，合作研究。

教学经历：
本科生课程 :数值代数，计算方法，最优化数值方法，高等数学， 线性代数，高等代数，常微分方程，计算机语言；

研究生课程 : 计算方法，数值代数，矩阵计算，高等数值分析。
科研项目：
(1) 主持（独立）上海财经大学新进人员科研启动项目（ 2005.6.-2006.12）“Markov 链的数值方法”。

(2)主持国家自然科学基金项目（ 2003.1.-2004.12）“Sylvester矩阵方程的数值方法”。

(3)主持（独立）上海高校发展基金项目（ 2002.10-2004.10）“定常Navier-Stokes 问题的数值计算”；

(4)主持上海高校发展基金项目 (1998.10-2000.10)“线性与非线性方程组的块算法研究”；

(5)参与国家自然科学基金项目（ 2000.1.-2002.12）“对称破缺分枝和对称混沌吸因子的计算 ”。

近期研究兴趣：
·数值线性代数和矩阵计算；

·大规模线性代数方程组的迭代法；

·多右端线性代数方程组的迭代法；

·大规模 Sylvester矩阵方程的数值方法；

·依赖参数线性方程组的数值方法。

· Markov链的数值方法。
