简历：1984年毕业于上海师范大学，87年上海科技大学获硕士学位留校工作至今。1993-1994年赴美国旧金山州立大学做访问学者，2000年破格晋升为教授。

教学工作：曾担任研究生"物理有机化学"、"高等有机合成"及研究生"专业英语"等课程的主讲；担任本科生"化学英语强化"和"有机化学实验"课程的主讲；每年指导1-2名硕士研究生和1-2名本科生的毕业论文，还指导高年级本科提前生进行科研。

研究领域：有机氟化学，有机膦、胂化学；有机合成新试剂、新方法的研究尤其是高立体选择性合成；精细化学品合成。

在研课题：贫电子环丙烷化学的研究（国家自然科学基金）

主要成果：95年以来共申请到二次国家自然科学基金和其他多项科研项目，发表论文33篇，待发表论文20篇，其中大部分进入三大检索，二次赴国外参加学术会议，多次参加国内的国际和全国性学术会议，组织一次国际会议。
