曹世勋 ,男,博士,教授,博士生导师。河南师范大学物理系学士(1980-1984),清华大学物理系硕士(1988-1991),日本国立富山大学硕士和博士(1993-1999),日本学术振兴会(JSPS)博士后研究员(1999-2001)。主要研究领域:强关联电子体系的电子结构与相变;氧化物光磁信息功能晶体;多铁性与自旋电子学;磁性与超导电性。2003届上海市曙光****。获2006年度上海市自然科学二等奖。担任10余个国际学术期刊的特约审稿专家。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、面上项目4项、国际合作与交流项目1项,教育部博士点基金、上海市科委重点攻关课题项目、上海市教委曙光计划、科技创新重点项目等多项课题。
2018年,上海大学曹世勋教授团队与美国Rice大学Kono教授团队等国际同行在凝聚态磁性系统中发现了第一个迪克协同作用的实例,而此前迪克协同效应只在量子光学和冷原子等领域中有研究,这一发现有助于增进人们对磁现象的理解。这项重大突破性成果发表于著名国际顶级期刊《Science》杂志。
该团队在Science., Phys. Rev. B, Appl. Phys. Lett., Sci. Rep.等国际重要学术期刊发表SCI论文200余篇,被引用2600余篇次,H-index = 23,获授权国家发明专利近10项。与美国、日本、澳大利亚等国的高校和研究机构保持着密切的学术交往。

1)氧化物功能材料设计与磁性、超导电性;
2)氧化物光磁信息功能晶体,多铁性与自旋电子学;
3)高通量晶体生长与磁电光物性研究。
