学术及主要经历:

2008年至今任上海大学环境与化学工程学院教授,博士生导师。曾获中国科学技术大学理学硕士学位和香港城市大学博士学位。1993年至2001年任中国科学技术大学助教、讲师、副教授;1999年至2000年在日本帝京大学做高级访问学者任研究员;2001年至2008年在香港城市大学做高级访问学者任ResearchFellow和SeniorResearchFellow。曾多次访问日本、欧洲、美国、香港等国家和地区进行学术交流和合作研究,在海外留学工作十余年。负责主持或参与多项科研项目。主要学术成果有:提出迄今较全面的四方相二氧化锡薄膜的成核生长模型,建立了其成核、旋转、合并连接和生长机理;成功实现了高压正交相二氧化锡薄膜在低压条件下的合成;探索低维氧化物纳米结构材料的可控制合成与纳米器件;深刻揭示了金属/半导体薄膜的晶化过程。曾是教育部国家计量认证检定员;中国电子显微镜学会会员;美国材料学会高级会员;美国纳米学会高级会员。获得过中国分析测试协会二等奖1项;省优秀科技学术论文二等奖1项;中国科学技术大学“光华”奖;上海市“白玉兰人才基金”和“浦江人才计划”获得者;受聘担任二十多种国际重要学术期刊(SCI&EI)的主编(Editor-in-Chief)、编委(MemberofEditorialAdvisoryBoard)、客座编辑(GuestEditor)、特约审稿人(Reviewer)或仲裁人(Referee)。Editor-in-ChiefinAdvancesinMaterialsPhysicsandChemistry,seehttp://www.scirp.org/journal/ampc/.发表学术论文130余篇,其中SCI&EI学术论文100余篇,邀请英文专著4章,邀请英文综述3篇,申请专利6项。
