2000年至2001年日本综合技术研究所博士后，1996年至1997年日本理化学研究所博士后，1994年获浙江大学博士学位，1982-1989年河南师范大学学士和硕士学位。1993年任副教授，2002年任教授，2007年兼任环境与化学工程学院博士生导师。1989－1998年河南师范大学工作，1998－2000年南开大学工作，2001－今上海大学工作。先后承担多项国家自然学基金和省、市、横向研究课题.长期在金属有机化学、环境友好的有机合成化学有广泛的研究。
